A Throwback to my Halloween Looks

The spooky Halloween season is over and to say goodbye, I decided to put all of this years looks together. Halloween is not a big thing here in Germany and I personally don’t celebrate it but that doesn’t stop me from recreating characters or photographs or even come up with something completely new. I ended up doing 3 different Halloween looks this year and here they are!

The Comic Veronica Lodge

Who doesn’t enjoy a good vintage Comic? I know I do and that’s why I decided to recreate the iconic Veronica Lodge from the “Archie Comics”. It was so much fun to put on a wig, recreate the expressions and edit the final photograph. I’m pretty sure that these are not my only comic looks. There are more to come. But for now enjoy my Veronica Lodge.

A Vintage Witch

What’s Halloween without a Vintage Witch look? If I had to choose a go-to look it would be this one! A simple black dress and a self-made witch hat. I made this hat very last minute but it’s made with lots of love, so please be kind haha. My Vintage Witch is inspired by Veronica Lake and her role in “I Married a Witch”. Definitely a classic!

Your undead Autumn Queen

This is the look I created by myself. I got inspired by Hedy Lamarr’s iconic look in “Ziegfield Girl”. At first I wanted to create a crown out of stars like the one she’s wearing but then I saw those leaves in a interior shop and came up with my own idea.

I’m pretty happy how all of these looks turned out. I had so much more idea’s in my head but didn’t have the time to realize all of them. Maybe next year. But now let me know – Which one is your favorite look? And what did you dress up as? Until next year, Halloween!
