A magical vintage Halloween – Lookbook Nr. 5

Happy Halloween witches, wizards and muggles! ⚡

I don’t celebrate this year, mainly because Halloween is not that popular in Germany, but I still love to dress up. Since I’m a huge Potter head and a proud Hufflepuff, I had to create a little 50’s inspired Hufflepuff look this year. It’s very simple and also wearable on “normal” days, but convince yourself.

The house Hufflepuff values hard work, patience, loyalty and fair play. It has the colors black and yellow and their animal is a cute badger.

For my hairstyle, I just went with some smooth curls and a black beret from Pimkie. The makeup is nothing spectacular – eyeliner, dark eyebrows, some blush and red lipstick – basically my everyday look.

Since it’s more of a school look, I decided to wear my button up blouse from The Seamstress of Bloosmbury and a yellow cardigan from Amazon. To follow the Hufflepuff colors, I went with a black circle skirt from LindyBop. And to give it the right sillouette, I couldn’t go without a a black waist belt.

The Hufflepuff book and golden pin are both from Primark. They’re not necessary for this outfit but they give it some more magical touches.

And last but not least – I can’t go without a wand – obviously. I grabbed my brothers Elder Wand which he got at the London Studio Tour. To be honest, I actually don’t have my own wand yet but I think I’ll change that very soon!

And that’s it. A very simple but magical vintage Hufflepuff look for Halloween. But I’m pretty sure I would wear this on other days as well or what do you think? Do you guys love Harry Potter and what is your Hogwarts house?

Hopefully see you soon,

Your Shirinatra xx
